Due to the aging population, the increase in chronic diseases and treatment options, healthcare in the Netherlands is under extreme pressure and we are on the eve of major changes. Amgen is evolving from a company solely as a developer and supplier of medicines to a company that takes responsibility for the outcome of the treatment. More and more people need care, but the number of people who can provide that care is not increasing. This can only be solved by smart care (Slimme Zorg). But what exactly does that mean?
